Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your purchase confirmation.

From the moment we receive the order, we need 48-72 hours to prepare it. Bear in mind that slow fashion takes its time.

Once the package has been sent, it will take 2-3 days to arrive at the destination in the Spanish peninsula. If you order from another European country, it can take up to 7-10 days.

At Lärande we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, you have up to 7 days to change or return your order, from the day that you receive it.

To change or return a product, it has to be in perfect condition, in its original box and with its labels.

To proceed with a change or return, follow these steps:

• Write us an email to info@larande.es within 7 days from the day that you receive your order.
• Afterwards, we will inform you of the address where you have to send the package.
• The return shipping costs are paid for by the buyer, except in the case of an error made by us.
• Once you have sent the package, you must send us an email informing us of the method of shipping used, including the date and time.
• After receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition, we will proceed to reimburse the amount paid for the product. Bear in mind that the initial delivery cost will not be reimbursed.
